The lawyers of “DB&GTS” LLP organized an online training on “Instructions for filing complaints to government organizations and officials” on 24 April 2021 for consultant parents of the “Association of Parents with Disabled Children” as part of their social responsibility.

The training was conducted on the topics of when, how and to whom to file a complaint in case of violation of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens due to unlawful decisions and actions of government organizations and officials, as well as statute of limitations to file a complaint, requirements for complaints and the rights of the complainant.

The training was attended by about 120 consultant parents of the “Association of Parents with Disabled Children”, and the consultant parents emphasized that the training was simple, clear and effective.

Our firm has been cooperating with the Association since 2020. During this time, our firm has co-authored a handbook entitled “The Right to Education for Children with Disabilities”. In the future, we plan to expand our cooperation and implement many projects and programs to protect the rights of children with disabilities.
