Enkhsaruul Jargalsaikhan joined the Firm as an associate in 2016. Since joining the team, she has been frequently involved in the transactions DB&GTS has advised on banking and finance, project finance, corporate acquisitions as well as securities and capital markets. In particular, she has gained considerable experience in advising on the local regulatory aspects of energy and concession projects. Her practice also includes various aspects of corporate and foreign investment framework in Mongolia, including the regulatory and compliance matters. 

Prior to joining the Firm, she worked as an associate for another commercial law firm in Mongolia where she practiced corporate law, foreign investment law and corporate litigation. During her master’s studies in Frankfurt, she completed an internship with the banking and capital markets team at Frankfurt office of Linklaters Germany LLP. 

Enkhsaruul speaks Mongolian and English.

Bachelor of Laws, School of Law of the National University of Mongolia

Master of Laws in Finance (LL.M Finance), Goethe University of Frankfurt, Germany. 

Member of the Mongolian Bar Association, and admitted to practice law in Mongolia and represent clients in court proceedings.
