Battushig has extensive experience on capital market transactions by mainly assisting investment banks on various international debt issuances and facilities of the sovereign, commercial and policy banks, and legal entities. In addition, he usually provides legal advice in connection with renewable and conventional energy projects. 

His clients include domestic joint ventures in the aviation, energy, and minerals sectors. Foreign banks, IFIs, international conglomerates ask for his legal advice on cross border transactions. 

Battushig speaks Mongolian, English, and German.

Member of the Mongolian Bar Association and admitted to practice law in Mongolia and Member of the Illinois State Bar Association
